I've been spending much of the day at the computer trying to get some blasted cgi scripts working &*%$# and they still aren't working yet. I don't know if the problem with the script or my form script. In any case, I decided that I need to take a break from that and do something *fun*.

My ChicKami is done! In the picture you can see Ahren doing her very best Vanna White to help me model my Kami. I am rather pleased with it, even tho' there are some (many!) mistakes. But I have learned things and it doesn't look terrible. The color looks so much like Jackie's Kami and I saw that she also made the Sitcom Chic Cardigan out of the same yarn. I might just have to try that!

I also finished Fluffy. It came out really nice. It was hard for me to give it away. But worth it for a good friend. :)

Gee, I might even work on my blogroll tonight. :)

Well, we are back from our trip to Chincoteague Island. Everyone had a great time. I even got a lot of knitting done. :)

Here is my ChicKami, so far, I only need to finish the straps and tidy up the ends. It looks really good!

My ChicHat got done too! I got the pattern the day before we left and I am pleased to say that it got finished while we were away. I used a cotton yarn and it was difficult to work, maybe I should have used bigger needles, but my fingers were aching!

Since we got back I was able to start on a Shape It Scarf made with this super fluffy novelty yarn. The pattern is from The Knit Stitch book. It is very easy, I should be finished with it tomorrow while we are at swim lessons and I only started it on Monday. It looks like one of my cats, so I'm calling it fluffy. It will be a gift for a dear friend. :)

Okay that's all for now. More later perhaps.
