Now here is progress!

It might not look it to you, but this is heavenly to me! The change in how big the kitchen feels is amazing! It feels like we have doubled the space. It is just remarkable. We've got the shelves up along the back wall, they go from floor to ceiling and because of the formation of the walls (it's like a little niche), they look like they were built in. The shelving along the other wall (from this view we are seeing it at the edge of the shelving) fits in perfectly too. Eventually, we will replace that with cabinets. The new countertop is in place and looks good. Still more to do, but this was our kitchen from late December to February.
