Today I got to go on a lovely bike ride (for the locals: I went down to Black Point and then back out and through downtown to the Boardwalk, then I walked the Boardwalk and back, and then rode home). The weather was perfect and I took this picture of what I think is the most beautiful scene in all of Niantic - the picture isn't great, but the owners of the property have let the part of the area turn to meadow and now there are all kinds of wildflowers (Queen Anne's Lace - my favorite!) and butterflies and insects and such. It is just beautiful.
