What to start next?

I seem to be at a stand-still. I've started Bonne Marie's Lacy Poncho, and while I'm loving it, I'm having a hard time keeping track of where I am in the row pattern. It's really not that complicated, but when I need to put it down and pick it up so often, I am easily getting lost. I think I might just have to put it aside for a bit.

I have worked on Boogie and I think that I need to perhaps get that 1/2 way finish before I start on something else. Of course, that means I have time to figure out what I want to do next.

This is what I'm thinking: Blaze - from the totally fab, new knitty.com. I think I even have a perfect yarn for it. I started Sally Melville's two tone sweater, but abandoned it last winter. It is a black slight mohair yarn and I think it would look really in something sort of delicate looking like this pattern.

Really what I need to do most is to re-assess my yarns and figure out what I need to use up.

Hey!!! I'll do a Blaze-along. We can be our own *along*. It's not like I don't already have about 50 things on needles, but it would be so much fun to do this project with someone to compare things with.

Lace knitting is something I'm really just trying my hand at. Stitch markers are my best friend. Honestly, even if I have to use a million of 'um, I do it. It keeps me focused on the pattern between the markers and makes things seem much more do-able.

Let's get together soon.

Jenn
