Speed Knitting

For some unknown reason I decided that I wanted to wear a knitted something to a dinner that we are going to on Saturday night. Of course, most of my possible things are so far from being anywhere near completed that I thought perhaps I could whip up something in a bulky weight that could be quick! I decided on the Asymetrical Vest in The Knit Stitch. I'm using the Noro that I got from the GSRP and since it is vest, it should be enough, even though I am doubling the strands. So far I am just about the start the back. It is knit sideways in easy peasy garter stitch. The construction reminds me a lot of Haiku/Sonnet without the sleeves.

Here's hoping that I will be able to get it done by Saturday!
